Y'all. It's got the soft texture of classic Wonder Bread but it's not going to make your blood sugar spike or give you those seriously annoying carb cravings.

I use egg whites with just one yolk instead of a whole egg or two so that these keto chaffles never have that eggy taste that some recipes do!

    🧑🏻‍🍳 Baker's notes

⭐ Expert Tip: For best results use a waffle maker with a no-stick surface and do not spray the waffle iron with cooking spray before adding your batter to it.

    • Make sure that you measure out the three tablespoons of batter that is added to your waffle iron so that it doesn't overflow the iron.
    • When stirring the batter, try to remove any lumps.
    • Mixing the batter in the blender is quick and easy. 100% recommend.
    • I like my waffle makers between medium and medium-high heat settings.
    • Fold your egg white into the waffle batter by gently whisking and cutting through the center and then folding together until you can't see any more egg white.
    • If you like a crispy chaffle leave it on the waffle maker a bit longer. Watch it carefully though.
